I bring over 18 years of faculty experience in teaching traditional face-to-face, virtual, and early college courses across a range of subjects, including Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Communication, and Business Management/Leadership.
What I find most fascinating, and truly fulfilling, is the opportunity to connect with individuals from all over the country. Every classroom, whether virtual or in-person, is a space for mutual influence and growth. The diversity of thought, background, and experience I encounter in these environments is unlike anything else in my life. It fuels my passion, aligns with my purpose, and affirms that teaching is not just my profession—it’s my gift.

As the founder of LookWithin, I believe that everything we define as success begins in the mind. Before it’s achieved outwardly, success is first communicated, shaped, and accepted internally. Yet, many teens struggle to understand, manage, or express their emotions in healthy ways, especially when faced with the challenges and complexities of life.
That’s where the LookWithin Foundation (LWF) comes in. Our mission is to Elevate, Enhance, and Empower the mindset of teens across the country. We use the principles of Emotional Intelligence and Positive Psychology as foundational tools to help young people build mental resilience, develop self-awareness, and prepare to lead with confidence and clarity. At LookWithin, we’re not just shaping minds—we’re preparing the next generation of leaders to rise from within.

NEXLEVEL Coaching Solutions, LLC was created as a platform to support teens and young adults in becoming more mindful, self-aware, and intentional about shaping their life journey. At the heart of our mission is the belief that true success begins from within, and that with the right tools and mindset, anyone can unlock their full potential.
NEXLEVEL offers a dynamic, one-on-one coaching experience grounded in trust, growth, and transformation. Through a collaborative partnership with a certified life coach, individuals are guided to elevate their thinking, enhance their self-belief, and empower themselves to move confidently toward their goals.
There’s nothing quite like witnessing the shift that happens during a coaching session, when someone starts to believe in what’s possible and takes ownership of their path. That mindset transition, from beginning to breakthrough, is nothing short of amazing.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership, management, and supervision, I’ve had the privilege of guiding, motivating, and influencing individuals across a wide range of roles and industries. My leadership journey includes serving as a faculty manager overseeing 40+ college instructors, a program manager directing three distinct departments, and a professor/instructor educating thousands of students.
I’ve also had the honor of coaching hundreds of individuals as a certified life coach, supporting service members across all branches of the military as a civilian contractor, and advocating for clients as a paralegal. Earlier in my career, I worked as a probation and parole officer, encouraging personal responsibility and change among justice-involved individuals, and as a correctional juvenile officer, helping teens envision and choose a different path forward.
Each of these roles has strengthened my belief that true leadership is about service, vision, and the ability to inspire others toward growth and purpose.

I launched my first business in my early 20s, cutting grass, and it was during that time I fell in love with the idealism and impact of entrepreneurship. The freedom to create, the drive to build something meaningful, and the chance to bring ideas to life lit a spark that’s still burning today.
Currently, I manage several ventures that reflect both my passions and my purpose. These include a life coaching business, a used auto side hustle, real estate investing, and a nonprofit foundation dedicated to empowering underprivileged teens as future leaders. Yes, it’s demanding, but there’s something deeply powerful about turning vision into action. For me, entrepreneurship isn’t just a business move; it’s a lifestyle of creativity, growth, and service.
