I have over 18 years of faculty experience teaching traditional face-to-face, virtual, and early college courses including: Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Communication, and Business Management/Leadership. There is nothing in my life more fascinating than being able to meet individuals from all over the country and influence and be influenced. The diversity I experience in these environments is unmatched with anything else I currently experience in my life. This is truly my passion/gift.

As the founder of LookWithin, I believe everything we define as success is communicated and determined within the mind first. Many teens lack the mental capacity to understand, control, or communicate their emotions in a positive manner when dealing with the challenges and complexities of life. LWF mission is to Elevate, Enhance, and Empower the Mindset of teens across the country by utilizing Emotional Intelligence and Positive Psychology as building blocks for fostering mental resilience and self-awareness in preparation to become future leaders.

NEXLEVEL Coaching Solutions, LLC, was launched as a platform to help teens and young adults become more mindful and aware of their ability to create a successful life flow from WITHIN. Nexlevel Coaching provides a collaborative relationship between individuals and a certified life coach that is designed to help elevate, enhance, & empower them towards their full potential. Being in a 1-on-1 session with an individual and seeing the mindset transition from the start to finish is short of amazing.

Over 20 years of Leadership, Management, and Supervisory experience. This includes being a leader and influencer as a faculty manager over 40 plus college instructors, a program manager over three separate departments, a professor/instructor over thousands of students, a life coach over hundreds of individual, a contract civilian supporting service members in every military branch, a paralegal helping hundreds of clients, a probation/parole officer motivating cases of offenders, and a correctional juvenile officer helping teens see a different path.

I started my first business cutting grass in my early 20s. It was then that I fell in love with the idealism of entrepreneurship. I currently run several entities including a life coaching business, a used auto side hustle, real estate investing, and a foundation that support underprivileged teens as future leaders. Yes, it is demanding; however, the creating and implementation is powerful!
